1、1斤多点牛后腿肉

2、锅里倒入稍微多一些的油,一般做酱还是建议油稍微多一些,这样保存的时间会更加的长。油微热以后转小火加入花椒、八角、桂皮、香叶、小茴香,再加入生姜片、葱段还有香菜进去用小火慢炸。这里一定要有耐心哦,一直要把这些香料里的香味完全炸出来,炸至颜色变干黄后沥油捞出来!整个过程大约15分钟左右,当然这个也是根据大家的量来衡量的,千万不要炸糊,要不然不健康,还会有怪味的!

翻炒至牛肉变色以后加入少量的白酒去腥味,继续用小火翻炒。
直到把牛肉里的水分炒干后,再加入2勺豆瓣酱和黄豆酱炒香,炒出红油。

然后加入生抽,加入一勺白糖提鲜翻炒片刻。
再加入香菇丁翻炒,这样继续用小火把香菇里的水分完全炒出来。

大约15分钟后,加入五香粉进去搅拌均匀,再继续炖10分钟左右。

10分钟后,加入花生碎和盐进去翻炒。
